All jewelry orders will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the order. During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery time is typically between 7 and 15 business days.

Delivery Guarantee

Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will arrive within 20 business days. If your order fails to arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot provide a refund if your package fails to be delivered due to customer-related issues, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.

Reshipment

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will provide free reshipment.

If the issue arises due to customer-related reasons—including refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information—the customer will be required to pay an additional fee equal to 25% of the product value as a shipping cost to arrange for reshipment.
